No classes are held during Open Gym hours. you can take charge of your workout and do whatever your heart desires. You have the freedom to focus on what works best for you whether it’s lifting, fine tuning your form, or developing a new skill.
Staff will always be present during open gym provide spotting, advice, and to cheer you on when you’ve finally smashed your pr (personal record).
Babies and Barbells

Each class is $10 per family
This is a fun, interactive 30-minute class designed for caregivers and their little ones. This functional fitness class incorporates your baby into movements like squats, presses, and other bodyweight exercises. It’s a perfect opportunity to bond with your baby while building strength, improving endurance, and connecting with a supportive community. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is baby-friendly and movement-focused to keep everyone engaged and smiling!
Cross Training

Cross training is all about breaking free from the monotony of a single exercise routine. It's a dynamic and versatile approach that combines various forms of exercise including body weight movements, Olympic weightlifting, strength training, and cardio. Through this you’ll develop your strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility.
The purpose is to have a well-rounded workout focused on functional fitness (exercises that mimic movements from your every day life).
Yoga

Get ready to work on poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Our instructors will guide you through sequences AND PROVIDE A WARM, WELCOMING SPACE. these CLASSES help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, all while cultivating a sense of inner calm.
No need to worry if you’re new to Yoga. Our supportive community is the prefect setting to explore YOUR CONNECTION TO YOUR BODY AND BREATH.
Barbell Club
Wednesday 630-730 pm
Welcome to a strength-focused training group designed for individuals of all experience levels who want to build confidence and proficiency with barbells. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this club offers expert coaching, structured programming, and a supportive community to help you reach your goals.
Each session focuses on proper form, progressive overload, and technique development in fundamental barbell movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and Olympic lifts. Members will gain strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper understanding of lifting mechanics in a motivating and inclusive environment.
Absolute Foundations (AF1)

Are you new to cross training? Or, perhaps you don’t have all of the foundational movements as smooth as you’d like? At AF1, coaches will guide you through the fundamentals. This ensures you gain a solid understanding of the basics.
This class is to help build your confidence, explore different equipment, gain strength, and enjoy fitness in a supportive community.
