WHAT WE OFFER

Our All Fit class levels are designed to work together as a flexible, cyclical training system that supports you at every stage of your fitness journey. Whether you’re brand new, building strength, honing technique, or focusing on recovery and mobility, each level complements the others.

Move through the levels as you gain confidence, or mix and match each week for a balanced, well-rounded approach. Every level is coached, supportive, and built to help you grow.

Our All Fit Levels are not a ladder you climb once — they’re intentional and cyclical, designed to challenge you, support you, and help you progress in a sustainable way.

Level 0 - restores mobility and supports recovery
Level 1 - builds your foundation.
Level 2 - challenges your overall fitness and conditioning.
Level 3 - refines strength and technical skill.

Every athlete benefits from incorporating all four. You might begin in Level 1 and naturally explore Levels 2 and 3, or you might rotate all levels weekly for a balanced, sustainable training routine.

The result: a well-rounded athlete who is strong, skilled, conditioned, and resilient.

This is the All Fit approach — simple, supportive, and built for real-life fitness.

Level 0

Monday 6:30 pm
Saturday 8 am

Formerly: Yoga
Foundational Recovery, Mobility, Breathwork, and Body Awareness

Level 0 is where strength meets restoration and lays the groundwork for everything you’ll do in Levels 1–3. This class blends yoga-inspired mobility, functional stretching, stability work, and mindful movement to help improve recovery, reduce aches, and support longevity in your training. Expect guided breathwork and a slower pace designed to help you reconnect with your body.

Goal: Restore movement quality, enhance mobility, and support your training through intentional recovery.

Level 1

M/W/F 9 am
T/Th 6:30 pm
Saturday 10 am

Formerly: Absolute Foundations
Strength + Movement Basics for all levels

Perfect for beginners, designed for anyone who wants to revisit the fundamentals. Level 1 focuses on essential movement patterns, basic strength training, equipment intro, and confidence-building. Coaches guide you through proper form and safe progressions while giving you space to learn at your own pace.
Goal: Build strength, consistency, and confidence—your foundation for everything that comes next.

Level 3

Wednesday 630 pm
Friday 5:30 pm
Sat 11 am

Formerly: Barbell Club
Fine Tuned Strength Training + Technique Development

Level 3 is for athletes who want to build strength with intention. These sessions focus on barbell fundamentals across a wide range of lifts — from powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift) to Olympic variations (clean, jerk, snatch), plus accessory work that supports strength and stability.

Coaching is form-focused and individualized, helping you refine technique, increase load safely, and understand the “why” behind your training. Whether you’re chasing PRs or working on consistent, clean movement patterns, Level 3 offers structured progression in a supportive environment.
Goal: Build maximum strength, sharpen technique, and deepen your understanding of barbell training.

Level 2

M/W/F 6 am, 4:30 & 5:30 pm
T/Th 4:30 & 5:30 pm
Saturday 9 am

Formerly: Cross Training

Functional Training + Conditioning

Level 2 brings the energy. These classes combine strength work, conditioning, functional movements, and high-intensity intervals in a supportive group atmosphere. You’ll see a mix of bodyweight skills, strength lifts, cardio conditioning, and Olympic lifting elements.
Goal: Sweat, build capacity, and challenge yourself with varied workouts that keep things fun and effective.
